StampAids™ for Tooling the Twill Weave Pattern

StampAids™ are flexible and semi-transparent plastic sheets with a texture on one side. The texture is transferred to cased (moistened) veg tan leather, usually with a roller.

Each StampAid™ is approx. 6" x 7" in size, but because of the transparency it can easily be used to extend the pattern for larger projects.

The "twill" pattern is one of the most common weave patterns. There are three style options:

1 - Straight

2 - Angled

3 - One of each, Straight and Angled

The warp and weft (bands running through the pattern) are approx. 5mm (3/16") wide on the straight and 6.5mm (1/4") wide on the angled pattern.
